30-year-old to pilot NASCAR Cup Series No. 66 entry at Bristol
LENOIR CITY, TN (September 8, 2025) – Barger Precast, a fifth-generation, family-owned precast concrete manufacturer based in east Tennessee, announced an exciting new partnership with Garage 66 for the upcoming Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
As part of the collaboration, the Barger Precast logo will be featured prominently on the No. 66 car driven by Knoxville, Tennessee native Chad Finchum for the highly anticipated race. The partnership brings together two organizations with deep roots in high-performance and a commitment to precision and excellence.

The Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway is a marquee event on the NASCAR Cup Series calendar, known for its high-banked, half-mile concrete oval and intense, short-track action. The race’s location in Bristol, Tennessee, just a short drive from Barger Precast’s operations in Lenoir City, and Chad Finchum’s hometown in Knoxville, makes this partnership a true home-state collaboration.
Joining Barger Precast on the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse is returning team partner Cooper&Hunter, the HVAC market leader that continues its third season of activation in NASCAR. Elite Petroleum, Inc., a Knoxville, Tennessee company with over 100 years of combined experience in petroleum sales, service, and installation, also rejoins the team as an associate sponsor.
Garage 66 co-owner Carl Long is feeling optimistic heading into the Last Great Colosseum.
“I am looking forward to having Chad behind the wheel at Bristol. Josh Billicki ran the last two races for our team here and has the setup dialed in pretty well. Hopefully we can use what we have learned and give Chad a good-driving car,” said Long.

NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying in Thunder Valley begins on Friday, September 12 with practice and qualifying on TruTV at 4:30 pm ET. The 500-lap race runs under the lights at 7:30 pm ET on Saturday, September 13, with live broadcast coverage on USA Network.
