Statesville, NC (August 21, 2022) – MBM Motorsports is pleased to announce that VSI Racing and Coble Enterprises will team back up with our organization for the NASCAR Xfinity Series Wawa 250 at Daytona International Speedway on Friday, August 26th. Additionally, Millennium Jet Card and James Carter, Attorney at Law (CrashClaimsR.US) return to the team as associate sponsors.
Fresh off an outstanding 14th place finish at Watkins Glen International in our #66 car, Timmy Hill will return to the MBM Xfinity program to drive at Daytona. The World Center of Racing is the site of Hill’s best-career finish (P3, 2020), four of his six career Xfinity Top 10s, and 13 of his 21 career laps led in the series. The Port Tobacco, Maryland native will be seeking his 235th start in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition at the 2.5-mile superspeedway.
The Xfinity Series will not be sanctioning a practice session at Daytona. Single vehicle qualifying commences at 3 pm ET, and the Wawa 250 will get underway at 7:30 pm ET. USA Network has the television coverage for both sessions, as well as the Countdown to Green pre-race show at 7 pm ET.
